The PETZL VERTEX VENT HV helmet is a high-altitude helmet that provides safety and comfort when working at height and on the ground. This model is distinguished by the fact that the vents on the side can be opened and closed without removing the helmet, which is particularly useful when working in the warmer months. The six straps inside the helmet ensure comfort and precise head coverage, while the Center Fit function allows the helmet to be centred on the head, with two lateral adjustment wheels. The Flip&fit system allows the head straps to be adjusted so that the helmet fits snugly on the head. Four-point strap selection system for switching between EN 397 (for ground work) and EN 12492 (for work at height). The double safety strap allows the helmet clasp to be adjusted to withstand a force of more than 50 kg, reducing the risk of losing the helmet in a fall, and a force of less than 25 kg, reducing the risk of suffocation. It also has special places for attaching headphones, visor and spotlight.
