The FALCON MID S3L is made of leather that is waterproof but allows moisture to evaporate from the inside of the shoe. Lightweight, durable and comfortable. Anti-static properties. Metal-free. The sole of the shoe is made of two layers of polyurethane: the inner layer is softer for comfort, adapts to the foot and absorbs shock; the outer layer is harder for durability, abrasion resistance and better grip. Basf Pur Elastopan® is a high performance polyurethane material developed specifically for footwear, offering durability, lightness and good cushioning properties. The sole does not leave any marks on the surface. The Satra UK Pedatron test confirms that this sole is three times more abrasion resistant than a conventional sole. Anatomical moulded sole - does not change shape over the life of the shoe. Adapts to the natural shape of the foot, providing maximum comfort and support for all points of the foot. The protective toecap is robust and lightweight, as it is metal-free, helps maintain a constant body temperature and ensures maximum safety, even in extreme temperatures, and has better thermal insulation than steel toecaps. It also complies with CSA Canadian regulations and exceeds the requirements of EN ISO 12568. The insole of the shoe provides excellent thermal insulation and is protected against perforation. The Plasmafeel 3D lining is breathable, antibacterial, abrasion-resistant and wear-resistant, and keeps feet cool and dry by absorbing and evaporating sweat immediately. The Anti Torsion insole helps maintain maximum stability on uneven surfaces. Tech Soft Thermoformed - a multi-layer latex foam insole with an anti-fungal activated carbon layer with anti-static and anti-bacterial properties. Orthopaedic insole compliant with European standards DGUV112-191. Breathable and moisture absorbent. The shoes protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD) thanks to the integrated Silver Strip Discharge (SSD) system with conductive cotton fabrics and silver threads that continuously dissipate electrostatic loads, ensuring a higher level of safety and long lasting protection.
